"MINAV" Ltd., a private company for the production of agricultural machinery sales its working unit „Blace“ , with a complete product line. Item sold are: halls with infrastructure and sub-station total area of 4000 m2, the land area of 1 ha, the entire machine fleet (lathes, milling machines, presses, shears for sheet metal, welding machines, various tools ...), truck with trailer, 2 forklifts, various auxiliary facilities and equipment, and complete documentation needed for production. Factory is being sold with no employee.
Due to the location in the Blace, in southern Serbia, which is considered to be underdeveloped area of Serbia, there is a possibility to , when purchasing factory and hiring employees , receive non-refundable incentives or soft loans.

The company "MINAV" doo Belgrade was founded in 1991 year. Untill 2004. primary activity of company was the turnover of black metallurgy. In 2004. "MINAV" doo buys social enterprise "5 December" Blace , and in 2004 and 2005. deals with the consolidation of companies and providing conditions for the continuation of production.
Since March 2006. "MINAV" doo changes company organization and, in new conditions of production, with new management and 40 employees, continues 30-year tradition in the production of agricultural mechanization and construction machinery.
The additional program "MINAV" doo is manufacturing metal structures, locksmiths and other products of ferrous metallurgy by customer demand - investors.
"MINAV" doo. has production plants of 4000 m2 and machine park in which are the hydraulic presses from 100t to 400t, apkant press 60t and 125t, excenter press of 63t and 120t, CNC machines for plasma/gas cutting , mechanical shears, with the possibility of cutting to 20mm, milling machines, lathes and painting facility. 80% of production is committed for known customers, and 20% are placed on the market.
Our basic products are : harrows, disc harrows, tillers, hay turners , mills, subverters , wheel carts, concrete mixers , combiners, subsoilers, spreaders etc.
